This corner block build incorporated a client designed floor plan with skillion roof lines to complement the coastal estate where this house is set.
Fibro sheet and Colourbond cladding were chosen to meet bushfire requirements.
Beautiful Sydney Blue Gum timber floors were laid in the living areas.
A huge main bathroom was fitted out with a freestanding bath. Both the shower & toilet were positioned behind T-shaped wall, tiled to 1.5 metres high with frameless glass extending to the ceiling to allow maximum light to enter this area of the Bathroom, while retaining privacy. The large Ensuite incorporated a Double bowl vanity, toilet & a large double shower.
The Kitchen cabinetry was finished off with polyurethane doors & panelling. An abundance of draws were fitted, combined with a finger-pull opening system to achieve a smooth and user friendly main area. The kitchen benchtops were finished in Caesarstone with waterfall ends incorporated in the island bench. A large butlers pantry was fitted to accommodate the food storage and provide an additional preparation area.
A centrally positioned alfresco allows easy access from the separate living areas, the kitchen & the music room.
A large double garage including a laundrette and single side drive through for back yard boat or trailer storage finishes off this 4 bedroom house resulting in an idyllic home for the clients.
