Hyams Beach – Cyrus
This waterfront renovation of a 1980’s built, cedar cladded dwelling in Hyams Beach was done to increase the panoramic views of the beautiful waters of Jervis Bay from within the home. An addition of a 2 car carport was excavated into the fall of the land and retained by a core filled, concrete block wall. A parent’s wing was then built over the covered parking area and consisted of a master bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and a small viewing deck.
A new roof was pitched and married into the existing roofline. The entire house roof was then sheeted in Colourbond custom orb roofing iron. The renovation of the existing cottage was then completed incorporating a new entry foyer, internal stairs, office, kitchen and dining areas.
This renovation has been complemented by the views of the crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay and is accompanied by its perfect position and beautiful landscaping.
